We constantly review our systems and data to ensure files are deleted once the product is made in our premises. At the same time we would like to enhance our website experience for our new customers, who would like to get a feel of customized picture show cased on mug on our website. In that case we will be running a promo in which few selected customers will be asked to give authority on mail to show case there customized mug, which may increase our sales.
We will be providing those customers with 15% discount on any purchase more than Rs.500/- on their next purchase.
Terms & Conditions
• As a customer you should know that upon initiating a Transaction You are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Seller to purchase the products and /or services from the Seller using the Payment Facility, and you shall pay the Transaction Price through Your Issuing Bank to the Seller using Payment Facility.
.As a customer you, shall be entitled to claim a refund of the Transaction Price (as Your sole and exclusive remedy) in case you do not receive the Delivery within the time period agreed in the Transaction or within the time period as provided in the Policies, whichever is earlier.
.As it is a customized product, any delay in sending the pictures as well as uploading the image not as per our guidelines may delay the process. We as a company will take 5-7 working days for the delivery once the creative is completed. At the same time we have executives who will be following up with you to complete your order on time.
• As a customer if the product is broken due to mishandling by courier company. Full amount will be refunded within 5 working days after registering complain on our website and also uploading the broken item picture send specifically to you.
• For electronics payments, refund shall be made through payment facility using NEFT / RTGS or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India (RBI).
